John Mayer – Brief History
Full Name: John Clayton Mayer
Birth Date: October 16th, 2009

John Mayer started off playing mostly acoustic rock, however starting in 2005 Mayer trended toward blues. The influence of blues was first apparent on his Continuum album which released in September 2006. John won several awards for the continuum album at the 49th Grammy Awards which took place in 2007. In 2009 John Mayer released his 4th album on November 17th, 2009 entitled Battle Studies. The Tour will make a run through Texas in March after a stop in Oklahoma City on the 5th. John Mayer’s tour will be stopping in Houston, Austin, and Dallas before heading to New Orleans.
